Paul Auger

Paul is a retired UK motorcycle policeman and helps out with bike related issues if I am not around, luckily for us he decided to retire 10 mins from where we are based !
He was a detective in the London area and worked for the 'force for 30 years (he must have started at 12 !) and not a bad chap for a Southerner !
Carlo and Ronald

Your hosts at the superb Casa Don Carlos are Carlo and Ronald, Carlo cooks like Jamie Oliver and Ronald keeps the Don Carlos immaculate.
You will quickly feel at home here and the laid back atmosphere is infectious, ideal for a chill out break.
